Many experts who actively work on the forefront of design, both in and out of Japan, attended the workshop and participated in an open debate with members of Global Center for Social Innovation – Tokyo, a design organization of Hitachi Ltd.

The opening talk featured the content of previous field studies conducted in Europe on the “future of cities.”
