The 4th Inclusive Design Seminar will examined the inclusive design keyword “diversity” from a scientific perspective emphasizing physiological anthropology. This seminar aims to consider the applicability of physiological anthropology to social inclusion and increase the number of approaches to inclusive design. The seminar also explored the possibilities of “diversity research” from a scientific research/on-site standpoint through a collaboration between Physiological Anthropology Research Center and Design Initiative for Diversity & Inclusion Preparation Office.
Participants got to listen to two teachers discuss diversity from a biological standpoint in an easy-to-understand manner aimed at high-schoolers and laypersons.
This seminar was co-sponsored by Physiological Anthropology Research Center and Design Initiative for Diversity & Inclusion Preparation Office.
