3/23 Yuko Kaneko Photo Exhibition (Garden Project)

March 23rd, 2019

Kyushu University Social Art Lab hosted the Garden Project, a photo exhibition by the San Francisco-based photographer Hiroyo Kaneko. The Garden Project is an initiative in which people from many different walks of life, including ex-convicts, people from low-income households, and young people who have faced difficult situations at home find ways to connect with the community at large through working in agriculture. Ms Kaneko herself took part in the project and documented it with her camera.

The first day of the exhibition also included a talk.
