Graduate School of Design, QBS, QREC Collaboration: User Research Exercise for Design Thinking "Management Special Lecture II" Call for Participants

The Graduate School of Design, Kyushu University, the Kyushu University Business School (QBS), and Robert T.Huang Entrepreneurship Center of Kyushu University (QREC) collaborate on various initiatives to develop new educational programs integrate design and business.

The Graduate School of Design, QBS and QREC were collaborating to offer a special intensive program, “Management Special Lecture II.” The project’s theme is “Propose a business idea to realize a society where people with visual impairment can live more comfortably.”
In this class, we welcomed Keita Takizawa (PLAYWORKS) as our project partner. In addition to a lecture on the basics of user research and case studies of products and services targeting the visually impaired, each student conducted an insight search through interviews with people with visual impairments and make a final proposal for a business idea that fits the project theme.
