Many new, experimental design initiatives are being adopted in the Netherlands.
Among them is the international project Design Across Culture, for which Kyushu University and Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences have conducted lessons for five years. This workshop was facilitated by Marian Mclaughlin of the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, who reviewed the history of the project and reflected on the future of design education.
