Re-mix seminar announcement: Comparison of design processes between the Royal College of Art (RCA) and Kyushu University

Both Kyushu University and the Royal College of Art felt that there was much to learn by observing the design processes of both institutions and overseeing the characteristics of individual processes; hence, the “Re-mix” project was born in August 2015.
The objective of the “Re-mix” project is to pursue new design processes that exceed the mindset of conventional methods.
Two design workshops were held in London and Fukuoka, where researchers from both institutions participated in the comparison and analysis of processes and achievements.
This seminar issued a report on the workshops and visually showcased the ideas that emerged from the workshops as exhibits. The new possibilities that were born whenever people with different design processes interact are demonstrated.
