Associate Professor Hazel Easthaup gave an open lecture on her research on multi-family housing development. She presented the results of her research project on the redevelopment of private residential apartment complexes in Australia, focusing on private condominium ownership methods, condominium construction, management, resident comfort, and the impact on condominium redevelopment. This project is a joint research project with the Faculty of Design, Kyushu University, on the redevelopment of apartment complexes in Japan.
